ASCEND
train with your body, not against it
Private 1:1 strength coaching built around female physiology — in your home, at your gym, or online.

Your body isn’t consistent — it’s responsive.
It shifts. It responds. It adapts.
So your training and nutrition should, too.
This isn’t another training program.
ASCEND is built around a simple truth: your body is not designed to perform the same every day — so your training shouldn’t be either.
Instead of forcing intensity, we work with your physiology — aligning training, recovery and nutrition with your natural cycle or your stage of life.
The result is more consistency, better performance, and results you can actually keep.

Your cycle is your strategy.
Training that considers your cycle, symptoms and stage of life. Four phases as a starting framework, adapted to your own response.
What I offer.
Most clients start with training and nutrition. The planning layers are what make it survive a real calendar.

1:1 Personal Training
One-to-one strength training in your home, at your gym or online — coached in the room and progressed week to week.

ASCEND is a private practice, not a gym floor. You train one-to-one with Alana in your own home, at your own gym or condo gym where the building permits an outside trainer, or online.
The roster is capped on purpose — every program is individually written, and that only works at a small number.
- Private 1:1 sessions — never a shared floor
- In-home training across Oakville and Burlington
- At your own gym or condo gym, where access is permitted
- Online coaching anywhere

Ongoing Support + Adjustments
Program adjustments, regular check-ins, and support between sessions. Your plan evolves as your body responds.
