How it works

Three steps to start.

  1. 01

    Apply

Complete the intake. Tell me about your body, your training history, your goals, and where you are right now. It takes about ten minutes.

  2. 02

    Assess & Build

We review your history, your cycle or stage of life, and your lifestyle — then build your custom program and nutrition targets together.

  3. 03

    Train & Adapt

You train with your body, check in regularly, and your plan adjusts as you progress. This is where it becomes aligned, effective, and sustainable.

Straight answers

What people ask before applying.

I have worked with trainers before and nothing stuck.

Usually because the program was built for a body with a flat hormonal profile and you were asked to absorb the mismatch. A plan that expects your low weeks does not need your willpower to survive them.

I do not have time for this.

Most clients train two to four times a week. The planning layer exists precisely because your calendar is full — we build the week you actually have, not an ideal one.

Is cycle-based training just doing less?

No. You train harder than you currently do in the weeks built for it, and stop spending your best weeks recovering from your worst. Alana has completed her first HYROX — this is not soft training.

I am in perimenopause. Is this still for me?

Yes — that is what the Menopause Method exists for. Strength, protein, and recovery, structured for the body you have now.

This is where everything becomes aligned, effective and sustainable.
