Cycle Planning
Stop being surprised by your own body.
Map your cycle against your energy, strength, sleep and appetite — then build a calendar that puts demand where your body can meet it.

Most women have been told to track their cycle. Very few have been shown what to do with the data once they have it.
Cycle planning is the bridge. We record what actually matters — energy, sleep, hunger, training quality, mood — and over the first two to three months your pattern emerges. Not a textbook pattern. Yours.
From there the calendar gets built backwards: heavy blocks where your body can meet them, deloads where it needs them, testing weeks where you will actually test well.
How cycle planning works.
- Tracking that captures energy, sleep, hunger and training quality — not just dates
- Your personal pattern identified over the first two to three months
- Training blocks, deloads and testing weeks positioned against your phases
- Guidance for irregular cycles, hormonal birth control, and perimenopause
What if my cycle isn’t textbook?
Most aren’t. Hormonal contraception flattens the hormonal profile, perimenopause makes cycle length unpredictable, and plenty of women simply run irregular.
None of it is a barrier. On hormonal contraception we build around your training data and your life rhythm instead of a 28-day template. Irregular cycles get mapped over a longer window. In perimenopause the Menopause Method takes over the programming logic.
