ASCEND

train with your body, not against it

Private 1:1 strength coaching built around female physiology — in your home, at your gym, or online.

Your body isn’t consistent — it’s responsive.

It shifts. It responds. It adapts.

So your training and nutrition should, too.

Welcome to ASCEND

This isn’t another training program.

ASCEND is built around a simple truth: your body is not designed to perform the same every day — so your training shouldn’t be either.

Instead of forcing intensity, we work with your physiology — aligning training, recovery and nutrition with your natural cycle or your stage of life.

The result is more consistency, better performance, and results you can actually keep.

Oakville & Burlington

Trained privately, where it suits you.

Stock illustration, not an ASCEND location. ASCEND does not operate a studio; your training location is agreed on your complimentary fit call.

ASCEND is a private practice, not a gym floor. You train one-to-one with Alana in your own home, at your own gym or condo gym where the building permits an outside trainer, or online.

The roster is capped on purpose — every program is individually written, and that only works at a small number.

  • Private 1:1 sessions — never a shared floor
  • In-home training across Oakville and Burlington
  • At your own gym or condo gym, where access is permitted
  • Online coaching anywhere

As a 54-year-old woman recently diagnosed with osteoporosis, I wanted to improve my bone health and build strength, and I was fortunate to find Alana as my personal trainer. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, and her passion for fitness is contagious. She taught me proper form, kept me motivated, and helped me stay consistent, guiding me from a complete beginner to feeling confident and empowered to keep getting stronger. I’m so grateful for her dedication and support, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, encouraging, and inspiring trainer. Thank you, Alana!

I have had such a great experience working with Alana! She is a motivating force that keeps encouraging you through the ups and downs of your fitness journey. I have valued the time she takes to teach me proper form and explain its importance, helping me understand how it contributes to building strength over time while also growing my confidence in the gym.

I have appreciated her regular check-ins and how flexible and realistic she is with her approach. She meets you where you’re at and helps you find ways to improve without making things feel overwhelming or unsustainable. I love that she takes your menstrual cycle into consideration when planning your training and shares helpful, informative suggestions along the way.

Alana genuinely cares about you and wants to see you succeed. She makes you feel supported and motivated throughout the entire process. I’m really grateful to have a trainer who is invested in helping me get stronger, build my confidence, and develop habits that will build a healthier, better version of myself!
